Therapy is a collaborative process designed to support your individual needs. Sessions are guided by compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based practice.
Our sessions are done online and are between 50-60 minutues.
Your first session focuses on understanding your concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and become familiar with the process.
Together, we work through challenges, explore patterns, and develop strategies to support emotional regulation, healing, and resilience.
Each session is tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process.
All sessions are private and confidential, providing a safe environment for open and honest conversation.
